Blood pressure


The blood pressure is the force of the blood on the wall of the arteries. There are two number of the blood pressure the upper level and the lower level. There are some risk factors which we cannot avoid it like the age and the health history of the family. On the other hand there are some risk factors which we can avoid it smoking and alcohol and the nervous tension. Everybody can control the blood pressure by eating health food and exercise to control the body weight. Also we can control it by control the stress and take enough time to sleep and rest.
